Inside the Plant Powered Pathway, plant powered food is the foundation but we're focusing on other lifestyle factors that contribute to holistic health. We follow my "5 daily W's" approach that focuses on small daily habits in five key areas – doing these daily actions is the plant powered path.

1: Whole foods(ish) plant powered eating
I believe that the foundation of plant-powered living is an eating pattern that’s built around plants, prioritizes protein for strength, and fiber for gut health. This is the core of how we fuel our bodies inside the Pathway—through satisfying, protein and fiber-rich meals that support energy and well-being. It’s a key pillar of this lifestyle, but just one part of the bigger picture we’re building together.

2: Water (or staying hydrated)
We're also focusing on hydration as it's one of the simplest health habits you should build—but it’s also one of the most powerful. In the Pathway, we make drinking water a consistent part of daily life to support digestion, energy, metabolism, and focus. You don’t need to hit a perfect number every day—just build the habit of tuning into your body’s needs and making water your go-to. It’s a small action that makes everything else feel a little easier.

3: Walking + weights (or mindful movement)
We're also committing to moving our bodies—in whatever way works best for you. I call this my “Walking and Weights” habit because getting my steps in and doing weight-bearing exercise to stay strong are my go-to practices (and I love a "W" alliteration). But this isn’t about doing what I do, it’s about discovering movement that supports your body and fits your life. Whether that’s lifting, dancing, stretching, hiking, or anything in between, we move our bodies with intention each day to stay strong, mobile, and grounded as we age. It’s about showing up, consistently, to stay strong as we walk this path together.

#4: A little "Woo" (or self-care)
Everyday we'll also take time for ourselves with a little "woo" – or a daily moment of self-care. Woo is what helps you stay rooted in your WHY (which we outlined in the Kickstart). Whether it’s journaling, breathwork, meditation, intention-setting, spirituality, or simply a quiet cup of tea before your day begins or before bed—woo is about mindfulness and presence. In the Pathway, we embrace small daily rituals that calm your nervous system, reduce stress, and help you reconnect with your goals. It’s not fluffy—it’s foundational.

Being well-rested to allowed our bodies to fully restore and recharge is our fifth and final focus. In the Pathway, we commit to building rest into your daily rhythm through quality sleep, screen-free wind-downs, and intentional pauses. But rest isn’t just about sleep—it’s about giving your body and mind the downtime they need to recharge. Because when you’re rested, you show up stronger, clearer, and more grounded in every other part of your life.

While the Kickstart gives you the foundation through structured meal plans and a three-week plan to get started, the Pathway supports you in making plant-powered living a long-term lifestyle with more meal plans, recipes, accountability calls, and resources. If you just jumped inside the Kickstart, I suggest you start there and use the Pathway for added support by attending the calls while you complete the kickstart meal plans, then continue on in the Pathway with ongoing recipes, meal plans, and daily habit-building tools.
Absolutely. If you completed the Kickstart and want to keep your momentum going, the Pathway is your next step. Inside, you’ll get fresh recipes every week, new monthly meal plans, live support calls, and lifestyle coaching to help you turn what you started into a sustainable plant-powered routine. This is how you make the shift stick—day by day, with support.
The recipes follow the same Kickstart method—high-protein, whole food, and plant-based—but they’re all-new each week. You’ll keep building on what you learned without having to start from scratch
Support happens through twice-monthly coaching calls and our private community (not on Facebook!). The calls are where you can set your goals, ask questions, get personalized guidance, and connect with others walking the path. The community is your space to check in each day, stay accountable toward the goals you've set, and share wins between calls. I check into the community each and every day, and use it myself to stay accountable to my own goals.
Nope. We’re using Skool, a distraction-free community platform where everything lives in one place—discussions, events, and resources included. It has a user-friendly app, so you don't have to log into Facebook at all.
You’ll get access to the Plant Path Planner, a web-based app you can use on your phone or computer. This is where new recipes are released weekly, and where you can build custom meal plans using Kristina’s full recipe library.
Because we have members all over the world, call times will rotate to accommodate different time zones. You’ll have at least two live calls each month, and more will be added as the group grows.
